This painting features 'The Queens Head', a very picturesque pub in Wokingham.  I was inspired by the setting sun on an autumnal evening and the welcoming warmth of the lights from the pub.  A lovely spot to sit for a rest and a quick drink before heading home.
 
The piece has been created with acrylic paint on canvas and has been varnished to protect it from air bourne pollutants and sun damage.  It has been professionally set into an elegant stone coloured wooden frame with white insert measuring 53cm x53cm which compliments the colours in the painting beautifully.
